Safety and Health

Inter-Mining Services is committed to achieving the highest performance in Occupational Health, Safety and Security to create and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.

Safety is a core value, and safety standards are integrated into all IMS production goals and targets. We are committed to strict compliance with all current legislative obligations, wherever we work.

Furthermore, we believe in a safe and healthy workplace. In rare instances, accidents and illness may occur. When this happens, we implement effective occupational rehabilitation procedures including medical attention, injury management plans, and rehabilitation services.

We recognise HIV/ AIDS is a community and workplace issue. We seek to minimise the potential social and economic consequences to the company and its employees through the adoption of comprehensive and proactive HIV/ AIDS workplace programs.

Community & Environment
