Hamadoun Cisse

General Manager

With an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Florida Institute of Technology (FIT), Mr. Cisse has extensive experience in business administration and management. Prior to this role, Mr. Cisse worked for ConocoPhillips as lead financial engineer in the Alaska greater Kuparuk area, managing the financial operation for Asset and Operating Integrity group (A&OI).

Ibrahim Ba

Human Resources Manager

Mr. Ba combines his strong interpersonal skills along with his analytical ability to provide excellent human resources services. A graduate of the International University of Tunis (Master 2 in Human Resources Management), Mr. Ba served for 9 months as the Interim Head of the Human Resources Department of Total Mali before joining Inter-Mining Services.

Ibrahim Kone

Head of Logistics

A graduate of computer programming from Telnolab ISTA, Mr. Kone has a varied professional background. He leverages his prior experience including work as a computer specialist of the mobile intervention brigade (BMl) of Diéma (Mali Customs), manager of the transport company ASSOU-TRANS, and deputy head of logistics for Boart Longyear, Bamako office.

Mahamane Kaya

Site Controller

Mr. Kaya holds a Master’s degree in Management from the Faculty of Economics and Management (FSEG). He brings to this role a deep understanding of budget management, equipment/inventory management and site process analysis.

Abdoulaye Kanoute

Fleet Manager

Mr. Kanoute is a mechanical industrial engineer with over a decade of mining experience. He previously worked as a Caterpillar Account Manager for JA Delmas, and as Superintendent of Maintenance Planning for African Mining Services. He also held successive roles at DTP Mining including Maintenance Engineer, Workshop Engineer and Mobile and Fixed Machine Availability Engineer.

Honore Buckner

IT Manager

An experienced IT professional, Mr. Buckner holds a Master 2 in Advanced Global Management from SUP Management Intercontinental University. Previously, he worked for ETIMEX-MALI as IT and Security Manager in Mali for more than 4 years. There he oversaw the implementation and maintenance of the computer network and security.

Mariam Ba

Treasury

Mrs. Ba holds an MBA in financial Management from Strayer University in Washington, DC. She brings a wealth experience in finance and accounting. Prior to this role, she worked for EGCC International in Mali as a senior financial auditor.

Adama Diallo

Accountant

With a Master’s degree in Management, Mr. Diallo has more than six years experience in the field of Accounting and Finance. He previously served as Accountant at the Mali Hydrocarbon Equipment Company (MEH) as well as Accountant at the Castor Accounting Firm.

Aljaouja Toure

Accountant

Accountant and Cashier for Inter-Mining Services, Ms. Toure earned a Master’s degree in Auditing and Management Control.

Aliou Badara Keita

Drill & Blast

Mr. Keita studied Commerce and Transport at ECICA Mali and brings 15 years of experience to oversee drill and blast operations. His past positions include Team Leader at SOGEA-SATOM (construction), Supervisor at the LTA Mali Store (mining), Buyer at AMS (mining) and Supply Chain Specialist at Boart Longyear (exploration).

Mamourou Traore

Purchasing

Specializing in negotiations and acquisitions, Mr. Traore seeks optimal pricing by considering quality and time for value. He brings nearly a decade of experience in mining and construction and as well as a background in Mechanical Training at INFP / BTP and Marketing Technique at IUG Mali.

Davis Odira Augo

Project Manager

Mr. Davis Odira Augo a qualified civil and structural engineer is a project manager in the Operations department which overseas both construction and mining activities of   Inter mining service (IMS).

Prior to Joining IMS, Mr. Davis worked as an assistant roads design engineer with Abdul Mallick associates (a consulting farm in Kenya) and as a project engineer with Civicon limited a major construction firm in the whole of east Africa. During his work with the above mentioned company he successfully executed the projects like GZI (can manufacturing company), Wrigley’s Limited (Gum manufacturing company) and various road construction projects.

He brings on board valuable experience in project management skills backed with engineering experience, project planning, engineering design and work quality assessment.
